There was a version of me that was sad, drained, and running on empty.
No excitement. No spark. Just surviving the days and hoping things would eventually feel different.
And slowly… they did.
Not overnight. Not easily. But piece by piece, I started choosing myself again.
Now I feel like I’m actually living. I’m happy, I’m fun again, I’m glowing in a way that feels so natural it almost surprises me.
I’m proud of the woman who kept going when it was heavy… because she’s the reason I get to feel this good now.

Nail alert! 🚨 Yellow, brittle, or lifting nails could mean fungus. These nails have been the same for a long time with no change but when we were cleaning we found it to be soft the nailbed is definitely prone to catching a fungus. We opted to remove as much separation as possible and let it grow out we don't want any water to sit in a pocket under the nail to feed bacteria.
Catch it early for best results! 💅✨ having a debris treatment will help prevent and enhance treatments for a faster recovery.
