Make sure to mark your calendars to join us in celebrating 98 years of gathering! We’re excited to announce that this year's Citizens’ Gathering will take place from

August 20 to 22 in Slave Lake at the Multi Recreation Centre at 305 6 Ave SW.

The Grande Prairie Metis Local 1990 has 5 rooms available for citizens to attend the gathering, made possible by Region 6 Metis Nation !

Over the course of three days, you’ll hear what your government is doing for you, ask questions, support Métis artists, and more. We look forward to seeing you this summer in the Lesser Slave Lake Métis Territory.
