Teaching fitness is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.
Anyone can tell someone what exercise to do.
I want my clients to understand why they’re doing it.
When you understand your body, your training, and the purpose behind your program, you stop relying on motivation and start building confidence.
My goal has never been to have clients depend on me forever.
It’s to teach them enough that they can walk into any gym knowing exactly what they’re doing.
Knowledge builds confidence.
Confidence builds consistency.
And consistency changes lives
