So mama is thinking, writing and creating. Feels so amazing. Let is snow, let it snow, let it snow. Being trapped inside today is a good thing.

Have you noticed almost everyone is running the same theme and story on their social media accounts? Trying to do the same thing as everyone else isn't working for YOU now is it? and WHY is that?

Because it isn't your story and it really isn't what matters to you because you aren't meant to be following someone else journey, your meant to be living your own.

Put your own heart first. Even if it feels like the hardest thing you are ever going to do. Do it anyways. Join me in spicing up our news feeds, add in some colour & vibrancy, post an enormous amount of photos of your super fun existence. Even the boring stuff its usually the best anyways, don't judge it just post it.

I don't know about you but I'm done following people writing about the same thing, posting the same washed out white images, coaches trying to sell their clients a new life. Like come on really!?

Screw that! Your life is totally awesome you may just be a little stuck because you have spent too much time watching their news feeds instead of living your own life. This my friends feeds your own self doubt, depression, anxiety and despair.

Today's goal unfollow the uninspiring and post the most vibrant image you have in your camera roll. Oh hey and if you don't have a vibrant picture - get outside and take one.
