If you need to sleep with a fan in hot weather, just be sure that its not blowing right on you. That way you'll avoid seized muscles, and the inability to shoulder-check the next time you're drive.

Why is it important to see your acupuncturist or massage therapist regularly? Because we often see things you can't, on the back of the body, shoulders or legs.

In this instance, my patient had noticed a pimple which she mentioned in passing. I took a look and knew something wasn't right and recommended she see her GP. Sure enough, a biopsy was done and it turned put to be Squamous cell carcinoma (she'll be fine, it was in clean margins and they assured her all of it was taken out).

So. A gentle reminder that skin cancers can develop fast, so keep an eye on your skin and, of course, see your acupuncturist! Stay safe out there.
