Just a reminder that Food Is Medicine 🍠
Take time to ensure you are eating balanced meals with enough protein, healthy fats and complex carbohydrates in the right ratios. Quality over quantity with food always. Focus on fresh organic fruits and vegetables, lean organic meats, legumes, nuts and seeds and healthy fats like avocado, olive oil and grad fed butter. A healthy balanced diet can clear up many health conditions like prediabetes, diabetes, high cholesterol, cardiovascular disease, gout, skin condition, mood disturbances, energy levels, digestion issues etc. When you clean up the diet, you clean up the gut and allow the entire body to heal.
