🔃 A look back at the operations carried out by Gotca Group during the 2025 technical stop for ADISSEO.

The major operation consisted of prefabricating a 10mm thick section of steel sheath, with a nominal diameter (DN) 1350, from our boilermaking workshop.
⚙️ On site, the old duct was removed and a new DN1350 connection fl**ge was welded, before lifting and connecting the new section.

On large-scale technical shutdowns, the management of co-activity is a challenge that we have successfully met, in collaboration with the other companies present on the site. This teamwork and adaptation was essential to carry out our missions successfully in a complex environment.

At the end of this three-week technical shutdown, which mobilized around 700 workers on the platform, Gotca Group won first place in the Safety Challenge set up by the customer. 🥇
This recognition underscores our commitment to safety.

In close collaboration with our client ADISSEO, we were able to maintain a high level of operational excellence throughout this shutdown.

Manufacture of 3 Reactors for a major player in Oil and Gas
This large-scale technical project, carried out in 47 weeks, aimed to modernize the equipment while limiting the impact on production.

⚙️ The reactors, made of Gr 22 alloy steel (2.5% Cr and 1% Mo), have impressive characteristics with a diameter of 2,100 mm, a weight of 26.5 tons, a test pressure of 172 bar and a temperature of 550 °C
