✨ A New Chapter Begins! ✨

I am excited and honored to officially announce the launch of WIN Wellness & Consulting! 💜💛

Many of you know me as the Founder & CEO of Empowerment For Hope Society, an organization that will continue to be a vital part of my work and my heart. Empowerment For Hope Society is still here and remains committed to supporting survivors of human trafficking, gender-based violence, domestic violence, and exploitation.

However, over the past few years, I began to realize that I wanted to do more.
I didn't want the certifications, education, training, and professional development I have worked so hard to achieve to remain dormant. I wanted to step outside of my comfort zone and expand my impact—not only through my lived experience as a survivor, but also through the professional knowledge, skills, and expertise I have gained over the last two years.

WIN Wellness & Consulting was created from that vision.

This new venture allows me to bring together my experience as a speaker, facilitator, wellness coach, trauma-informed practitioner, domestic violence facilitator, ASIST trainer, peer supporter, and community leader to help individuals, leaders, organizations, and communities thrive.

💜 WIN Wellness & Consulting Offers: ✔ Wellness & Personal Development Coaching
✔ Peer-to-Peer Support
✔ Trauma-Informed Training & Facilitation
✔ Leadership Development
✔ ASIST Workshops
✔ NFF Domestic Violence Workshops
✔ Consulting Services
✔ Community Engagement Strategies
✔ Speaking Engagements & Keynotes
✔ Wellness Retreats & Healing Experiences

My goal is simple: to help people and organizations create healthier, stronger, and more resilient lives, workplaces, and communities.

This business represents growth, courage, faith, and purpose. It is about using every lesson, every certification, every challenge, and every victory to help others WIN.

To everyone who has supported Empowerment For Hope Society, attended a workshop, invited me to speak, partnered with me, prayed for me, or encouraged me along the way—thank you. Your support has helped me grow into this next chapter.

💜 Empowerment For Hope Society continues its important work. 💛 WIN Wellness & Consulting allows me to expand that work and serve in new ways.
I am excited for what lies ahead and look forward to partnering with individuals, businesses, nonprofits, faith organizations, schools, and community leaders across Nova Scotia and beyond.
You don't have to just survive... YOU CAN WIN!

With gratitude,
Wyndolyn Brown

There are parts of my story that many people never knew.
Not because I was hiding them… but because surviving them took everything I had.

Today, the work I do through Empowerment For Hope Society is not just “work” to me — this is my life.
As a survivor of intimate partner violence and trafficking, as an advocate, and as a community member directly impacted by these realities, I understand the pain, fear, silence, and survival that so many people carry every single day.

My goal has always been simple:
To help support those who are at risk, currently struggling, or navigating life after survival.

I know what it feels like to wonder if healing is even possible.
I know what it feels like to fight just to make it through another day.
And because of that, I’ve committed my life to creating spaces where survivors feel seen, heard, supported, and empowered.

I’ve shared parts of my lived experience through CBC News and the NSSC Journalism Program. Through these stories, you will better understand my journey, my advocacy, my passion for this work, and why I refuse to stay silent.

My pain did not define the end of my story.
It became part of the purpose behind it.

If my voice can help even one person choose hope, seek support, or realize they are not alone — then sharing my story is worth it.
