it’s amazing that dogs just have no idea about who people are and who they love… they have no idea about if or where people fall on the LGBTQ+ spectrum…

Dogs just understand feelings of safety, love, and respect. If you love and respect them, they love and respect you right back. Exactly the way it should be.

Sometimes I wish it were that simple for humans… but, on the other hand, I’m thankful to have the privilege to know people for the complex, beautiful individuals they are.
