Stability and partnership don't tell an industrial buyer whether you can take their order this week.

When manufacturers try to signal readiness during disruptions, the default is relationship language:

“We're a stable supplier”. “We're your partner through uncertainty”. “We're built for the long haul”.

The 38% of industrial buyers trying to get ahead of the next cost spike aren't shopping for a long haul. They're shopping for lead times they can confirm today, pricing they can lock this week, and capacity they can secure before the next disruption tightens it further.
