I’ve been doing this trick for some time and it has helped tremendously with my upper body strength. I start out always doing assisted pull-ups with the resistance band and then finish with AMRAP without the resistance band … wether that be 1 or 3 it’s something to be proud of 🙂↕️

If you told your friend to go do something that they’ve been putting off for sometime, why let yourself make excuses to spend 20-30min in the gym? and then let yourself down when you don’t do what you said you were gonna do… it will be a continuous cycle of letting yourself down and then saying to yourself “I can’t do this”
📢 SPOILER ALERT you can do it !!!!! let that inner critic talk but make sure you talk back to it. Instead of saying “I don’t want to do it” say, “I get to do this” don’t say “this is too hard” say, “with practice I will get better”
It is all about perspective and how you approach it.
That 20-30min workout will leave you feeling so much better than when you walked in just sayinnnn 😎

with each season comes with a change in our tastebuds so this means the meals will look different every few months but here are a few of our go-to protein sources during the winter months ❄️🍽️
I’m probably missing some as I explore the grocery store like it’s a new country and constantly find new things 😂🛒
