Welcome to the Park Lane Mall ! I got a tasty Café Mocha there today. I’m sure it’s going to be popular spot for my patients to grab a cuppa and snake after their treatments. Coffee and food is very grounding after a massage. I know I’ll become a regular there in no time.

Roman Chamomile is the oil of the week! This is a beautiful oil, some say it reminds them of fresh apples or banana bread. Traditionally this oil is used in Aromatherapy for its calming and soothing properties for the mind and skin. It goes well with oils such as Lavender, grapefruit, lemon,Vanilla infusion and Jasmine.
