Since closing Halifax Reflexology, I've been immersed in all things related to Home Economics, and joining the Holistic Herbal Wellness course at the Bloom Institute is one of those things.

Back in the day, herbalism was part of every day life in the household, and using home-made herbal remedies was common practice. 🏘️

Pharmaceuticals were originally derived from plant constituents and had fewer to no side effects.

If we preserve and protect our natural world, we will always have an abundance of food and medicine available to us, made especially for us, as we are part of the natural world as well. 🌿

The impact of foot massage given to postmenopausal women on anxiety, fatigue, and sleep: a randomized-controlled trial
