• Master Plan: 14 buildings (12-25 storeys) with 4,800 homes and commercial space.
Phase 1A:
• Approval: Conditional approval in July 2024.
• Units: 1,144 units across 3 buildings (rental and strata).
• Parking: 629 vehicle, 1,347 bicycle spaces.
Phase 1B:
• Approval: First and second reading in August 2024.
• Units: 505 strata units in 3 buildings.
• Parking: 477 vehicle, 1,111 bicycle spaces.
Additional Details:
• Design: Hariri Pontarini Architects designed the master plan. Arcadis IBI Group designed Phase 1A, and Boniface Oleksiuk Politano Architects designed Phase 1B.
• Future Phases: Details for Phase 2 are pending.

· A 21-storey mixed-use rental housing tower is proposed for redevelopment at 2158-2170 West 1st Avenue in City of Vancouver's Kitsilano neighborhood.
· The project involves replacing two aging multi-family residential buildings from 1955 and 1964.
· The new tower, proposed by MILLENNIUM DEVELOPMENT CORP., would be 212 feet tall and offer 185 secured rental homes.
· Of these units, 151 would be market rentals, and 34 would be below-market units as per the area's requirements.
· Residents will have access to extensive shared indoor and outdoor amenities on the fifth and rooftop (21st) levels.
· The ground level will include 6,300 sq ft of retail and restaurant space.
· Secured bike parking (350 stalls) will be on the rear ground level and mezzanine, with 99 vehicle parking stalls in two underground levels.
· The total building floor area would be approximately 143,000 sq ft, with a floor area ratio of 6.8 times the 21,000 sq ft lot size.
· The design firms involved are Chris Dikeakos Architects Inc. and eta Landscape Architecture Inc..
