Come to q***r spin class tonight at the Dalplex!
Our Weekly Cycling Classes are Back! ✨
They will be held at the Dalplex Mondays at 6PM (weekly sign up links will be posted weekly in our Instagram bio).
First Class Date and Time: June 13th from 6 PM - 6:45 PM

Note* for those who are not Dalplex members or not Dal/Kings students there will be a 15$ day pass fee to
attend a cycling class. For Dalhousie/Kings students: if you took classes in the winter semester or summer
classes you have free access to the Dalplex.
