Hey Halifax! Join us on Friday May 15th at 6pm for a Shakeout Run to kick off the 2026 Race Weekend!! We’ve teamed up with to put on a 3km & 5km fun run, with leaders and sweepers so no one gets lost/left behind! We think whatever pace you run at is great, come on out!

Here’s a few details to look forward too:
- We’ll have a demo fleet of Brooks shoes to try on the run 👟
- Awesome door prizes
- Free non-alc beverages 🍻
- The Blue Nose Aerobics First Pacers will be there, meet them and find your pace! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Meet at (6166 Quinpool Road) at 6pm and make sure to return to the shop after for a post-run social! No sign up necessary, just show up and join the fun!
