I had this Denali in last year for the first time and I did a correction on it. The owner said “ They didn’t put a towel on it once since I corrected one year ago.“
That definitely helped minimize more damage to the paint. And my approach is never to fully remove all imperfections as my goal is to make the vehicle look better than how it came in while preserving the original paint 👌🏽

Durning this job to make things more efficient I went to two different automotive finishing supply stores and talked to 5 different people about my situation as I was struggling to get results with my original set up: 3M Step 1, 2, & 3 on the rotary with the waddle pads.

I ended up switching to compound and polish on the orbital with foam pads and just WOW. They say the truth is in the pudding 😂 it’s coming out perfect!!!
