12 DAYS OF REHAB 🎄

Our holiday season challenge! Starting today, December 13th until December 24th, myself and will release one common rehab accessory exercise and a mobility exercise to go with it, every day for 12 days! There will be a draw for a winner on Monday, December 27th.

To make an entry, all you need to do is film yourself doing BOTH the rehab and mobility exercises and post them as either a story (can be one story for each) or post and tag the following accounts:
