Karen has been working in Condominiums since 2009, with RCM and General License designations in 2014. After spending much of her career as a full-time manager for a large high-rise, she started Lodestone Properties Inc and has expanded her portfolio to include high-rise, mid-rise, townhomes, and small properties including church and school conversions.

As the proud owner of Lodestone Properties Inc, Karen works with managers in the Hamilton and surrounding areas to provide them a strong back-office support.

With over 25 years of dedicated service in the hospitality industry, John Mattinson had risen through the ranks to become a seasoned General Manager in an East Hamilton Hotel. His career is marked by a steadfast commitment to exceptional vendor relations and superior customer service, pillars on which he has built his success.

John’s professional journey extends beyond hospitality into project management, where he spent 5 years in the construction industry with a focus on a low voltage cabling firm. This experience broadened his expertise in overseeing complex projects and fostering strategic partnerships.

For the past 7 years, John has been the owner of Lodestone Properties Inc., where he has helped spearhead the development of a thriving condominium management company. His leadership has been characterized by a relentless dedication to enhancing customer relations, ensuring unparalleled satisfaction among clients.

John continues to drive innovation and excellence in every facet of his career, embodying a passion for hospitality, project management, and property development.
