Florida gym vibes!

It was amazing today to enjoy sitting on a beach with this great weather taking in some much needed vitamin D.

Post kneed surgery recovery is a difficult journey, but days like today certainly fill the heart, mind and soul with positive energy.

Somebody asked me today for a business card. I’m going to get some printed up but until then I created a digital version. I adore the positive energy and motivation that I am seeing in people to improve the quality of their life. It’s a blessing to share this passion with family, friends and fellow health enthusiast.
