NOMAD is one of our favorite coffee roasters to work with. The founder, Jordi Mestre, likes to call himself a nomad barista. He spent years working in some of the best coffee shops in London, UK, before deciding to put his knowledge into practice. He first launched his coffee business with a cart in London’s local street markets. Later, he moved to Barcelona, where he established what we now know as NOMAD COFFEE LAB.

Recognized as one of the top 50 coffee roasters in the world, NOMAD continues to set the bar high. We are thrilled to feature the following coffees!

HYDRANGEA is a micro-roastery and a project founded by coffee passinates; Bill and Shuxin. 🙋🏻‍♂️🙋🏻

HYDRANGEA focuses on two different characteristics of coffee: PROCESS and TERROIR. One that's focused on highlighting flavor development through modern fermentation techniques and other one that's promoting unique tasting profiles through region, climate, and varietal.
