• Walk a Mile in Her Shoes is a signature YWCA Hamilton event that raises funds and awareness to end violence against women. This year, YWCA Hamilton is launching a touchless giving “Tap to end violence” campaign with community connectors and local businesses to raise awareness and funds to support survivors. Funds raised from Walk a Mile in Her Shoes and the “Tap to end violence” campaign provide a way out for women and children experiencing violence through safe housing, safety planning and access to supports and counselling to help them become financially independent.
