• High productivity planning and sequencing
• Precise coordination with the Owner/GC Royal Living Development Group Inc.
• Full-time PM + PC presence to maintain schedule alignment and communication

Support from key partners - Aluma Systems, , , , electricians, plumbers, and our REIMAR form fabrication yard - enabled seamless workflow and on-time deliveries despite limited staging space.

We’re proud to be delivering the concrete forming and structural shell for Royal James, an 8-storey, 124-unit residential development on the Upper James corridor.

Our scope includes:
Cast-in-place structure & formwork system
Slab, wall & column forming

The estimated completion time of Royal James was 6 months. Our REIMAR crew was able to go from footings to the roof slab in only 4 months!

This project features open-concept suites, large balconies, and a rooftop amenity space - adding to the growth and modernization of Hamilton Mountain
