Move with Babe is our signature postnatal class series. Classes are a mix of pilates, strength training and corrective exercise with a focus on reconnecting to your core, spine and hip mobility and pelvic floor support.

Move your Bump is our signature prenatal class series. We focus on keeping your body feeling amazing during your pregnancy, building strength + stamina to prepare for birth with a focus on preparing your pelvis and hip muscles needed for the big day you meet babe.

Dee teaches both pre and postnatal classes, she has been working with pregnant and postpartum clients for over 15 years 💙
