Known for driving process improvements across teams, Darren brings a collaborative and operational mindset to everything he does—keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

With over 22 years of experience in the insurance industry, Lisa brings deep expertise, strong leadership, and an incredible work ethic to our organization. She is highly respected across the company and is known for her unwavering commitment to both her team and our clients.

Lisa leads with energy, integrity, and a great sense of humor — creating a supportive and high-performing environment within our Personal Lines department.

Outside of work, she enjoys strength training, staying active, and unwinding with a little reality TV.
