Happy Father’s Day.

Today we honour not only fathers, but also the grandfathers, stepfathers, uncles, mentors, teachers, coaches, and good men who stepped forward when guidance, protection, encouragement, and love were needed.

Some people were blessed with wonderful fathers. Others found fatherly support through the kindness and example of men who chose to care when they did not have to. Their influence often becomes a lasting gift that shapes lives for generations.

We also recognize the fathers who have spent decades loving, sacrificing, providing, teaching, and quietly carrying responsibilities for those they cherish. Many of their greatest acts of love were never seen or celebrated, yet their impact remains profound.

Today we remember fathers who are no longer with us, holding their memory with gratitude and affection. We also extend compassion to those for whom Father’s Day carries feelings of loss, disappointment, or longing.

May God bless all good men who have helped others feel safe, valued, supported, and loved. Your presence matters. Your example matters. Your legacy matters.
