Hi all!!! Life's been pretty busy so I haven't been very active online but just wanted to offially close bookings until September with classes returning Sunday September 7. I've got some injuries to heal up and some prepping for a jiu-jitsu competition later this month. Hoping to see some new faces when we start up again! See you soon!

Have you ever been interested in kettlebell training, but weren't quite sure where to start? Test the waters with this 1 hour workshop geared to beginners, with an emphasis on safety! We'll begin with a warm-up, move on to kettlebell swing basics, (as well as another technique or two), and finish with a Tabata style workout! Equipment is provided.
This is an inclusive environment where we welcome all genders, body types, and anyone aged 15+. Come learn from a Certified Level 1 Group Kettlebell instructor!
