Today we had a workshop on storytelling, facilitated by Brock University and StoryCentre Canada.

We just learned that the cyclist who died from this tragic accident is a migrant Farmworker who was employed in the Niagara On the Lake area. On behalf of the Diocese of Niagara and the ministry team from the MFWP, we offer our heartfelt prayers for the deceased that he may rest in God’s holy peace. And may the God of mercies bring comfort and consolation to the family and friends who are grieving his loss. We share in their grief and sadness.
