🔥3 types of cupping techniques:
1. Static cupping- Cups are placed on the skin and left for a period of time. Cups will likely leave the classic circle marks.
2. Dynamic cupping- This is more of a traditional soft tissue treatment when 1 cup is used and moved along the skin. This has the added benefit of decompression, drawing blood to the local area, and stretching the tissue.
3. Cupping with movement - Cups are placed on the muscles and the client moves through a range of motion to help facilitate movement, promote relaxation, and help get rid of tension.
