The breath is the key. The breath is the only one of the automatic functions of the body, of which we also have conscious control over. It is no coincidence that this tool allows us to affect our nervous system and consequentially our mood, our mind and the inner workings of our body.
We use the breath simply and intentionally to explore its capacity and its influence on how we feel physical, mentally and emotionally.

I believe in nature- Mother Nature, natural patterns, living things, natural law, cause & effect, action & reaction, anatomy and physiology, physics- and the interconnectedness of all things. I believe that the more we bring awareness to this, to the details and nuances of our lives, the more deliberate we can be with our intention, our actions, our energy. And I believe that it’s with this attention to the self and an objective inventory of it’s relationship with the world, we are able to carve an aligned path for ourselves with more integrity and more ease.

I am currently in my final semester of studies for Osteopathy and over the last 15+ years, I have studied therapeutic yoga, the breath, meditation, mindfulness, ayurveda and the psychosomatic relationship. My goal is to create safe community spaces to share this collective, ever evolving understanding in a way that is simple, tangible and useable, empowering the mind, body and spirit.
