Founded by Christian Baron, Ph.D., the firm is dedicated to supporting Canadian scientists and institutions in securing grant funding and developing successful research strategies.

Given Christian’s background as a former Vice-President of Research at CIHR, his digital presence needed to reflect a high level of seniority and trust. We partnered with Christian to elevate his platform and develop a fully customized professional consulting hub.

Project highlights included:
- We developed a visual identity that is structured, academic, and clean to convey the firm’s leadership in the research sector.

- We transformed the user experience of the Baron Academic Consulting website to ensure clarity and ease of access for clients.

- We implemented English and French functionality across both the brand messaging and the website architecture, ensuring seamless access for researchers and institutions worldwide nationwide.

Empowerment Squared is proud to present Keys to Business, a 12-week training program designed for aspiring and current entrepreneurs looking to take their ventures to the next level. The program equips participants with the tools, mindset, and frameworks to launch, validate, and grow sustainable businesses.

The program runs from September 24 to December 17, 2025, combining weekly online courses with biweekly evening workshops designed to provide practical tools and insights. Participants will also gain access to business experts and valuable networking opportunities to connect with other entrepreneurs.

To celebrate the inaugural launch, the 2025 cohort will be offered free of charge! Spots are open to all but are limited, apply by September 17, 2025.

FlyPrint is pleased to once again join friends and community partners Social Planning and Research Council of Hamilton (SPRC) for their 2024/2025 Annual Community Impact Event celebrating notable accomplishments including over 10,000 people supported by their Hamilton Community Action Program for Children, almost $10M in tax benefits and credits received by participants of the Hamilton Financial Empowerment and Tax Help Program, and 23,000 children served daily by Tastebuds, Hamilton’s Student Nutrition Collaborative.
