We’re looking for awesome volunteers to help with parking at the Ancaster Fair! 🙌 This is a fun way to connect with the community and a great chance for students to earn volunteer hours. 💯
📅 When we need you:
Thursday, Sept 18: 4:30–8:30 PM
Friday, Sept 19: 9 AM–3 PM & 3 PM–8:30 PM
Saturday, Sept 20: 9 AM–3 PM & 3 PM–8:30 PM
Sunday, Sept 21: 10 AM–1 PM
👥 Volunteer Meeting: Monday, Sept 15 at 7 PM

🚨 The Ancaster Food Bank is running low on essential items for children, and we need your help to ensure no child goes hungry as they finish the school year. 🚨
We are in desperate need of:
🧃 Kids’ Snacks
🥣 Oatmeal
🌾 Cereal
🧀 Kraft Dinner
📍 Drop-Off Locations: Ancaster Food Bank at 300 Wilson Street East and Food Basics, Longo’s, or Giant Tiger in Ancaster.
Help kids finish the school year strong. 💪

✨️ Live Entertainment for Hamilton Day ✨️

The Ancaster BIA will have live family-friendly entertainment in the Village, this Saturday November 4th for Hamilton Day (outside of the Ancaster BIA office 314 Wilson Street East.)
Martin Brothers Collective Music - 10am to 1pm
Balloon Tying Fun with Halaloo - 12pm to 3pm
