Hey instagram, it's been a while. Just here to say that this amazing young woman spent the weekend going to open houses at various universities to decide where she will be studying for the next 4 years.
I couldn't be more proud.
Also, I'm old and it's hard to accept.

Hello friends!
Over the years here at Catalyst, we have managed to obtain a beautiful collection of footwear. Lots of which have spiders living inside of them. We are taking the time to post about these historical landmarks and give anyone a chance to come claim their shoes!!
As we do understand some people leave their gym shoes here, not a problem! We are going to dedicate a shelf at the back of the gym with a sticky note, for claimed shoes that we would like everyone to use.
Any shoes that are not claimed within 2 weeks of today, will be donated :) If you do not have a chance to stop by the gym within the next couple of weeks, just send us a dm and let us know we have your fantastic footwear.

You may have noticed a few new faces around the gym in the past few months; one of which (pictured here) is Ryan!
Ryan has been working with us as a personal trainer since November, but he is no stranger to the health and fitness industry. Prior to starting at Catalyst, Ryan worked as a personal trainer for two years at a private gym just south of Hamilton. While working as a personal trainer, he was also completing his diploma at Mohawk college for Registered Massage Therapy. Now registered, Ryan combines the knowledge that he has gained in the massage field with his experience working as a personal trainer to develop a balanced approach to coaching clients.

So it seems as though this beautiful winter day has put everyone's gym plans on ice. Heh.
