🔸In the world of new parenting our posture seems like is 90% of day in a forward or flexed position. Feeding, playing, carrying, holding, leaning over crib … list goes on.

🔸Don’t forget to change up your posture! Mix it up- if you feel you have been in same posture for a while- switch it up!
