-Low plank tap out
-Lateral lunge
This is a great exercise to work on the quality of your squat and thoracic spine rotation.
If you can’t get all the way down, no problem. Perform this exercise consistently and you’ll start to notice gradual improvements and your knees and low back will thank you.
A lack of thoracic spine extension can affect your ability to rotate in your swing. It can also cause problems in your lower back if you go searching for mobility there.
If you sit at a computer most of the day then you are probably losing thoracic extension and should give this mobilization a try. 👨💻
