Building Manager Couple needed for a quiet Burlington Building. (Suitable for semi-retired people.) Close to all amenities. If you enjoy living in a nice clean building with excellent neighbours, and you're not afraid to pitch in, send us your information.

Qualifications:

· A can-do attitude
· A willingness to learn
· Good communication and interpersonal skills

Duties:

· Rent and renew apartment suites including all relevant paperwork
· Manage tenant relations and enforce rules of the building
· Prepare each suite for occupancy by new tenants including cleaning
· Compare move-in and move-out reports
· Monthly written report of activities in the building
· Special attention to the front lobby, entrances and shrubs
· Maintenance of building equipment including repairs and cleaning
· Appliance repair and moving as required
· Snow and ice removal from pathways and walks, including salting
· Relieve the superintendents during vacations and on alternating weekends
· ON CALL for emergencies
· Fire safety and security monitoring
· Anything else that might be needed to take good care of the building and tenants

Compensation:

· Lovely 2 Bedroom Apartment in a prime Burlington location (market value is a little over $1500/month)
· Salary ($1200/month)
· Commissions for renting and renewing apartments
· Perks like parking, utilities, cable, full building bonus, a laundry stipend, etc.
