This is a fully integrated High Performance Development program starting April 24th & 26th ending MAY 15th & 17th to optimize goalie development with 4hrs on the ice training! Includes 30 minutes of power skating and 30 minutes of station drills.

From on ice power skating, down skating,edges, speed, power & stick work,visual skills & tracking, game simulated scenarios and much more... @ GTC in Hamilton!

This Program is aggressively priced to offer our students the very BEST off-season training at an affordable price!
