Asphalt company hiring EXPERIENCED workers ASAP. Pay is between 200 and 400 / full day depending on skill.
You will work on a crew, preparing and paving jobs of all sizes.

Job duties may include:
Asphalt Finish Raking (lute-man)
Asphalt Rough Raking
Manual Tamping
Vibrating Plate Tamping
Machine Rolling
Working With Asphalt Pavers
Skid Steer Loading/Excavating
Skid Steer Rough Grading
Base Preparation
Equipment Tie Down
Reading And Following Basic Site Drawings
Anything Else Commonly Done On A Paving Crew.

The successful candidate will be chosen for both skills/experience in asphalt work as well as temperament and ability to work well on a crew. Compensation will be based on skills and experience. We are also looking for an employee that has all these qualities and that displays leadership qualities to become a foreman.
