🟦 McMaster Synthetic Biology Research Team (known as McMaster SynBio) is a student-led, faculty-supervised research team that aims at gathering passionate undergraduate students to participate in synthetic biology wet lab, dry lab, and public outreach initiatives.
🟦 Our team consists of students who work together in a supportive team environment to complete a project that will be presented at the International Genetically Engineered Machine (iGEM) competition. We are hiring for the following 2 positions:

🟦Wet Lab Lead
- For the more experienced young scientist with at least 8-12 months of independent research experience;
- Experienced with basic biochemical techniques; full time availability from May to August 2022);
- Leading and supervising wet lab-related work for our self-directed research projects;
- Mentoring team members in scientific exploration;
- Perform literature review;
- Participate in project development;
- Design and conduct wet-lab research experiments;
- Perform data analysis and participate in the final project write-up.

🟦 Wet Lab Member:
- For the passionate young scientist;
- Perform literature review;
