Meet Ouafaa, one of our dedicated Employment Coaches with the H.I.R.E. program at Inclusion Foothills.

Every day, Ouafaa works alongside participants as they build confidence, develop workplace skills, prepare for interviews, and work toward meaningful employment.

When asked what she enjoys most about her role, she shared:

"Watching someone become more confident, learn new skills, and achieve a goal they've worked hard for is incredibly rewarding."
