We topped off the delicious meal with a small taste of Becherovka. A herbal liqueur made in the Czech Republic for digestion. We realize it’s from another country but as you likely know the two countries used to be one. When Czechoslovakia split in 1993 it was so amicable that it was called the ‘Velvet Divorce’.
