Every Mother’ Day, Courtney has put her wedding dress back on and headed into the mountains with Harper. 🤍

What started as a simple idea has quietly become a tradition.

Courtney is David’s daughter, and I’ve known her since she was a little girl herself, so documenting these moments now — watching Harper grow beside her year after year — feels incredibly special. There’s something meaningful about seeing someone you once knew as a child now holding her own little girl in her arms.

These images are about motherhood, time passing too quickly, and the beautiful little traditions that slowly become part of a family’s story.

Here in Jasper, surrounded by a landscape still healing, it somehow all feels even more meaningful. A reminder that beauty can still grow forward, even after hard seasons.

My very good friend Vrato was seriously injured in an accident while ice climbing in Colorado. He’s facing major medical costs and will need to be transported back to Canada.
