Been craving some Thai food for tooo long, and decided this rainy weather meant I should make my own Tom Kha G*i. Mostly followed a recipe but also followed my heart and added some radish microgreens from - it was perfect. (I nailed the cooking, but have not yet refined presentation/photography 😂)

As per usual, I am making a (late) surprise appearance on social media, with a personal post and too many selfies for business; Buuuuuut, I don’t care. I’m doin’ it anyway.

IT‘S SUMMER, HOMIES!
Time for friends (fur and human), sunshine, adventures and tans that make our teeth look fantastic! My Favourite Time of Year.

That said, I do have my summer schedule open, and I’ll be taking a little more time off than usual through July and August. If you’re not in there yet, now is the tiiiime.

However, if you are like me and your summer-time self-care consists of goat cuddles, doggy friends, and shoving your nose directly into the flowers, please go do those things, I’ll be here when you get back.
But also take pictures and share them, because how cute is this? Serotonin levels through the roof in these photos! (And since we want to learn something new every day - did you know serotonin plays a roll in your mood, AND your digestion AND metabolism? Now you do. Go get some.)
