Canary Lofts

Our team has been working hard to prepare for the next phase of the Canary Lofts development which is to receive our Building Permit. The work we do is extensive to ensure the building of this eight-storey, multi-family residential development is built to code, and that every detail is accounted for. We look forward to sharing more once we have our building permit and construction is starting.

Our proposed development, Canary Lofts, was approved unanimously by Council for rezoning last night at the City of Kamloops Public Hearing.

We thank the community - the development's neighbours, the downtown neighbourhood association, Downtown Kamloops, local business owners, and the community at large - for their engagement with us as we worked hard to understand challenges and concerns as well as insights and excitement for a project like this. We look forward to moving forward and will be sharing next steps soon!
