Sometimes life is on-the-fly, and that’s when I rely on my foundational meal plan - the ultra basic version I use is to pick a main protein for each day of the week so at the very least I can take it out of the freezer and wait for inspiration (or desperation?) to strike! This is my inspiration this week so far:

Sunday (Pork): Pork back ribs with Colesaw
Monday (Any): Pork and Egg Stew (Thit Kho) with Rice and pickled vegetables
Tuesday (Chicken): Best Ever Chicken Fajitas
Wednesday (Beans/Vegetarian): Slow Cooker Vegetarian Lasagna
Thursday (Beef): Burgers
Friday (Fish/seafood): Garlic prawns with cauliflower rice and salad
Saturday (Pizza): individual Pizzas
