One of the creepiest abandoned places in BC… 👀

Tranquille Sanatorium in Kamloops has been left sitting in silence for years ..empty halls, broken windows, and a history most people don’t know about. (They even claim there's underground tunnels...do you think we got close to them in one of these photos?)

Thousands of people passed through here. Some came for healing… many never left.

I went years ago and the photos still give me the CHILLS

Motherhood didn’t arrive softly for me it broke me open

It stripped away the version of me that was trying to survive inside systems that never truly fit and left me face to face with what actually matters

These past few years have been an unraveling
Of conditioning
Of burnout
Of the belief that life had to look one specific way to be secure

Because the truth is I was never meant for a life that keeps me away from the moments that matter most
I was never meant to trade presence for pressure

Somewhere between the sleepless nights the deep healing and the quiet moments by the water I started choosing differently

A different pace
A different way of living
A different relationship with time money and what freedom actually means

Not overnight not perfectly
But intentionally

And now there is a quiet shift happening beneath everything
A life being built that does not ask me to abandon myself to sustain it

Something more grounded
More connected
More free

The kind of life where I can be fully present as a mom and still create income in a way that aligns with me
Where what I share and build actually supports people’s wellbeing on a deeper level

I have been building something quietly
Learning how to create freedom in a way that is sustainable not performative
Something that flows with life instead of fighting against it

And maybe you will understand it soon
Or maybe you will just feel it
