🌟✨ The end of January is here and thought it would be a good time for us to share some of our go-to products at Nature’s Fare Markets this month! 🛒💚
This month, here are my top 7 must-have products that have been my favs for setting a healthy tone for the new year! 🎉
1️⃣ Vitamin K+D: ‘cause you know we’re not getting enough of either! Plus, I love natto and this particular brand includes MK-7 from the natto bean! ☀️
2️⃣ Purica’s Immune 7: with all the bugs going around, this has been my family’s go-to adaptogenic mushroom immune system booster that squashes bugs before they can set into us 🍄🟫
3️⃣ Bee Pollin: added to my morning oatmeal and yogurt for added protein and seasonal allergy protection 🐝
4️⃣ Sleepytime Tea: for that after dinner warm up in the evenings 😴
5️⃣ Apple Cider Vinegar: added to water before dinner to help keep blood glucose in check
6️⃣ Bulletproof MCT oil: feeding my brain 🧠
7️⃣ Psyllium Husks: added to my yogurt, oatmeal and in salads to boost fibre in my diet
