We are so fortunate to have access to real time ultrasound for imaging the abdominal wall, bladder and re**us diastasis (abdominal separation).

This technology allows us to make sure that we are giving you the exercises that you need, but none of the exercises that you don't need! Combined with internal assessment when required, the insight gleaned from the ultrasound assessment helps you to be confident that you are doing the exercises you are prescribed properly.
