There are seasons in life when one has to make adjustments to accommodate all the things. :) I spend about 30 minutes at the gym these days, max. It’s all I can manage. And at my age, I can’t simply “take a break”. You have to keep moving! And so I super set, giant set, do HIIT.
Today was this: DB Bench, Single leg DL, shoulder press (one arm and keeping the ribcage stacked) and Copenhagens. 3 sets of five reps. Then I did another superset starting with a pulling exercise. Done. :)
