Phoenix Rising Coaching
I coach women who have experienced trauma and are starting to see the negative coping mechanisms that they have developed to get through each day.
What do you do when you've been looking forward to something — you're excited, you're ready — and then it gets postponed?
Do you instantly get upset? Do you let it take you down for the rest of the day?
I had two podcasts I was so excited about, and both got postponed. And instead of spiraling, I just thought — the next one will be just as great. Things happen for a reason.
But here's what I want you to notice: that moment — when things don't go your way — that's where your coping mechanisms show up. That's where you see how you actually handle stress.
So pay attention. What happens in your body? What's your first instinct? Because those little reactions, the ones that happen every day — they're telling you something about how your nervous system is wired. And that awareness? That's where things start to shift.
Just something to think about. 💜

What's one thing you keep telling yourself you'll do when things settle down? What if things never settle down? 💜
We're so good at putting ourselves last. Waiting for the right time. Waiting until the kids are older, until work slows down, until life feels less chaotic.
But what if the wait is the problem?
At Phoenix Rising Coaching I work with women who are ready to stop waiting and start understanding why they keep getting in their own way. Sometimes it's not about finding the right time — it's about understanding the patterns that keep convincing you it's not time yet.
What's one thing YOU keep putting off? Drop it in the comments — I'd love to hear. 💜

The strongest thing you can do is admit you don't have to do this alone. 💜
So many of the women I talk to are the ones who hold everything together. For their kids, their partners, their friends, their coworkers. They show up for everyone.
And when someone asks how they're doing, they say "I'm fine."
But underneath that? They're exhausted. They're running on empty. And somewhere along the way they stopped believing they were allowed to need support too.
You are allowed to need support.
This is exactly the work we do at Phoenix Rising Coaching — helping women recognize the patterns that are keeping them stuck and finally giving themselves permission to stop doing it all alone.
You don't have to figure it all out by yourself. That's not strength — that's survival mode. And you deserve more than just surviving.
